*My Thoughts*

The series is slowly progressing. In the pursuit of Clary's memories, the shadowhunters have to track down Magnus Bane and lure him out of hiding. On the other hand, Simon's jealousy of Jace is so obvious, it's annoying. We are also seeing more bits on Valentine... it is apparent that he is a manipulative and charming character. It is no wonder he has such a cult following in "The Circle." He's not what I pictured in the books, but then again, this television adaptation has gone through several changes.

Ahhh...we now see more of Magnus Bane's involvement with the whole "search for the Mortal Cup" and Clary's missing memories. It's pretty cute to see the sibling banter between Alec and Isabel. Isabel can see it, but will Alec ever come out and admit it....how he feels about Jace. Haha! How subtle was that seeing Magnus's attraction to Alec. Are going to see that "relationship" develop in the series!?! I hope so! I loved it in the book series!

On the human side of it, Simon is dealing with the whole situation and his feeling for Clary as well, I guess, as he can. From the looks of it, not well at all...haha! Not only that, looks like Simon will become a downworlder soon enough.

This "mission" to retrieve Clary's memories has revealed some secret(s) that were not meant to be shared...in particular, Alec's feelings for Jace. Now, that's awkward.

This whole secret agent/covert operations theme to the series is interesting. However, this adaptation has made very obvious changes that every booknerd/fangirl, who has read the book series, will notice. Again, like I said in the beginning, they will either love it or they will hate it. Either way, they will watch it...or not. As for me, I want to see how the series develops.

Well, that's all for now, until the next episode Shadowhunters!

For now, here's a preview of Episode 5- "Moo Shu to Go"
