When Lydia makes a harsh call on the Seelies, Jace, Clary and Isabelle fear that this decision could be disastrous and the wrong way to defeat Valentine. Left with no other choice, the trio takes drastic actions to stop what is about to take place.

Meanwhile, Simon struggles to deal with his new situation, and Alec is emotionally torn with what is happening at the Institute.

~~~~~
*My Thoughts*
Clary is definitely torn with her decision to "save" Simon. Simon has a major adjustment to deal with since being turned into a vampire. Alec seems to be torn internally with the decisions he has to make, especially since finding out the truth about his parents and the choices he has to make since being attacked at the Institute by a Forsaken. It gets even more complicated with Lydia Branwell running things at the Institute.
Alec and Lydia...getting married!?! No!!! There is a twister here...there has to be. Why mess with us "Malec" shippers...haha!! I don't know... Alec's decisions is totally conflicted between his duty as a Shadowhunter and his heart. Even Alec's parabatai relationship with Jace is at odds. For the who's supposed to have a "level head on his shoulders," is showing vulnerability...he's "cracked under pressure." However, Isabelle is stepping up to the responsibility.
Jace, Clary, and Isabelle working together to stop Lydia and Alec's harsh decision(s) with dealing with Downworlders. Looks like it is a good thing that Clary has entered the Shadowhunter world. With this impending danger with Valentine, she has brought the Downworlders together to help each other fight a common enemy. She is definitely leading with her heart.
Differences has to be put aside, if Shadowhunters and Downworlders alike have to fight a common enemy. With the elements of the paranormal, fantasy, and "secret ops" theme, the show is coming together on its own, away from the books. The various subplots have cohesive storylines that intersect each other meticulously in which ties to the major story in this series. I can only speak for myself, even with my doubts, the show is winning me over after each episode.
Well, that's all for now, until the next episode Shadowhunters!
For now, here's a preview at Episode 10 - " This World Inverted"
