*My Thoughts*
It's personal now! Lucifer's wings are in someone else's hands. The search is on. All the while, Detective Decker has her own demons to deal with. Both ask each other for help with their search to solve their "cases." This episode is somewhat bittersweet since both learn a few truths about themselves.
Funny how Lucifer seeks help from Amenadiel. Huh... Amenadiel is picking up some human traits, the more time he spends with humans. Interesting... So, Amenadiel is vulnerable to temptation...as well. Hmmm...
Even thought Lucifer and Amenadiel are at odds with each other, it seems that miracles still do happen. It is good to see Chloe and Dan trying to make things work. They haven't given up. Lucifer has finally let go of a part of himself that he has been internally in conflict with. Choe and Lucifer's friendship is growing. However, despite Maze's loyalty to Lucifer, she feels the loss of Lucifer's wings. She also holds some resentment towards Chloe for keeping Lucifer from returning to Hell.
Looks like they all will have a lot to adjust to since Lucifer recovered his wings, learned who was behind it all...then destroyed his wings.
Well, guess the adventures are really going to start, now that Lucifer has let go of what was holding him back...? Amenadiel has a lot of work ahead of him if he is to get Lucifer to go back to Hell....without wings. I got somewhat teary eyed at that moment, when Lucifer set fire to his wings. I even felt for Maze...even though she is a demon, after all. She does have feelings...for a demon...haha!
Until the next episode!
For now, here's a preview of Episode 8 - "Et Tu, Doctor?"
