*My Reaction*

When news of a sequel of Independence Day was released, I was very excited on finding out what to expect in this next installment! Looks like some time has passed since the first film, and there has been some advancement with technology in regards to global defense. Most of the cast has returned to reprise their roles. We also see many new faces as well. The kids from the previous film are all grown up now.

This sequel looks like it will be another epic event movie! With just glimpses of what is to come in the film, it looks like it is going to be bigger with lots of action and effects. This trailer even revealed a small hint of what the story will be; however, it revealed very little in regards to character stories. Of course, Will Smith is nowhere to be found since he did not return for this sequel... even though he was a major character in the first film. That was somewhat disappointing that he didn't return. Of course, there will be some explanation as to why his character is not present in the sequel.

If you head to War of 1996, it will give a timeline (an interactive one at that) of what happened since the first invasion. The timeline also includes what happened to Col. Steven Hiller (Will Smith), just forward to 2007 to see the sad news as to the reason of his absence in this sequel.

So yeah, I am excited to see this film. I would like to see how much has developed since the first film, especially since a significant amount of years have passed.

Looks like 2016 will be a year filled amazing movies!

Oh yeah! These X-Men films have a life of its own! Of course, these films are based on the beloved Marvel comic book series, this next installment definitely packs a punch! Yes, I know, that there has been some deviation from the comic books...even from the animated series. But, these films can absolutely stand on its own. Yes, I am such a fangirl for all things X-Men...haha!

This trailer has given us a glimpse on what to expect in this upcoming film. I absolutely love that many of the cast has returned to reprise their roles. Just like the previous films, they have upped the ante on action and effects. Although we just got brief glimpses of various characters, I wonder what part they play in the whole storyline. With that said...Whoa! We now got to see a glimpse of Professor X (James McAvoy) as we have come to recognize and love.

I am so excited to watch this! Is it 2016...yet!?!

Okay...Wow! This trailer looks A-MA-ZING! Great cast, too! I have watched various versions of Tarzan films which all has its similarities, as well as differences. This one is no different, except that it focuses on the years after Tarzan, Lord Greystoke, left the jungle and reentered society. In this film, he returns to the jungle where he was raised...where the adventure begins...again.

The scenery is breathtaking! The cinematography looks phenomenal. Only thing left is to watch the entire film...haha! Looking forward to watching this.

Whoa! Was that Doomsday revealed in this latest trailer for Batman v Superman!?! Oh dayum! This is gonna be GOOD! Well...that's just me! Besides, I really liked Man of Steel, and this upcoming film connects that to this...which will be quite interesting.

Can this get anymore exciting! We now have more revealed of the "players" in this upcoming film, such as: Lex Luthor and Wonder Woman. We do see tidbits of the connection from Man of Steel to this film. The action is ever present. The tension between Batman and Superman is intense...even between their alter egos, Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent. LOL! Now, we have a full-on Wonder Woman tease! Plus, this trailer revealed the "big bad" other than the obvious conflict between Superman and Batman.

It is definitely going to be interesting seeing Jesse Eisenberg portray Lex Luthor in this film. With each release of a teaser and trailer, I get even more curious about the storyline.

So, yeah, I am definitely looking forward to seeing this!

*My Reaction*

Hmmm... Fascinating! The CGI looks good, and somewhat realistic. The action and adventure looks epic and bold. There is the incredible casting... But, the cast is blindingly white when the film is about "Gods of Egypt"!?! Shouldn't the cast portray, realistically, Egyptians?!? Anyways, the trailer was filled with colorful and exciting action scenes which would make for a lively story.

Sooo... The trailer definitely grabbed my attention. It already had me at mythology...haha! Plus, leave it to the entertainment industry to glamorize the film with some big names in Hollywood... Gerard Butler (300Olympus Has Fallen) and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Game of ThronesThe Other Woman), both amazing actors! But, alas, I already know I'm going to watch it... just because of the mythology theme. I am such a sucker for mythology/fantasy/paranormal themes. We will have to see what other teaser trailers are released...?

*My Reaction*

As soon as I learned that there was a new trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, I knew I couldn't watch it at that moment. Why!?! Well...If I did, I would get so excited that I would forget that I needed to go to sleep! I work nights, I had to wait. Now, that it's my day off, I can finally watch this all new trailer of one of the most anticipated movies coming this December! Anyways, as for my reaction after watching it!

Whoa! My eyes got all misty! Oh...how I missed the Star Wars universe...lol! No lie! I did get teary eyed watching this trailer! To see fresh new characters AND familiar characters from the previous films...OMG! It definitely sparked some nostalgia for the Star Wars universe...hahaha! Now with more advances in special effects technology, so much more can be made into the film! And...those action scenes...WHOA! It seriously brought back memories of when I watched the movies when I was a kid!

I also noticed little hints that connects this installment with the previous three...Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi. That alone just added to my excitement and anticipation for the continuing adventures in the Star Wars saga. Wow! I was completely in awe as to all the action and drama that was revealed in this trailer. I so definitely don't want to miss come back into the world of the Jedi...haha! I'm sure that I'm not the only one who will be geek-ing out over this!
