*My Reaction*
Hmmm... Fascinating! The CGI looks good, and somewhat realistic. The action and adventure looks epic and bold. There is the incredible casting... But, the cast is blindingly white when the film is about "Gods of Egypt"!?! Shouldn't the cast portray, realistically, Egyptians?!? Anyways, the trailer was filled with colorful and exciting action scenes which would make for a lively story.
Sooo... The trailer definitely grabbed my attention. It already had me at mythology...haha! Plus, leave it to the entertainment industry to glamorize the film with some big names in Hollywood... Gerard Butler (300, Olympus Has Fallen) and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Game of Thrones, The Other Woman), both amazing actors! But, alas, I already know I'm going to watch it... just because of the mythology theme. I am such a sucker for mythology/fantasy/paranormal themes. We will have to see what other teaser trailers are released...?
