My Thoughts

This episode definitely had suspense! The Darach is finally revealed! Whoa! Better not get ahead of myself...haha! The episode just had to begin with a "sacrifice!" Yup! Deputy Tara (Mieko Hillman) fell victim to these murders. But, Tara's death hits Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) hard since she's been there since he was younger...she helped him with his homework! With the increasing deaths in town, everyone is "up in arms" trying to solve the mystery and find out who the killer/Darach is.

It is evident that Ethan (Charlie Carver) really likes Danny (Keahu Kahuanui), but Aiden (Max Carver) is definitely not having it, especially after he threatens Ethan that he will "rip the flesh off" of Danny's face and eat it...sheesh!! That's harsh! All the while, Scott (Tyler Posey) and Dylan thinks of a way to separate Ethan and Aiden, so that they can talk to Ethan alone. Of course, they got Lydia (Holland Roden) to distract Aiden...haha! Wow!! We even find out a bit about the twins past...they were omegas of their pack until Deaucalion got a hold of them...Whoa!

As in the last episode, we got a flashback of the history of most of the alphas. Very interesting!

Funny how Scott sends Isaac to keep an eye on Allison...haha!! Isaac isn't doing a very good job at it when Allison has a dagger at his throat...ha! Apparently, more clues are revealed on Mr. Argent's (JR Bourne) desk as Allison (Crystal Reed) and Isaac (Daniel Sharman) comes to find. With what they find, Allison is uneasy since she thinks that her Dad could be the Darach...say what!!??!!

On a lighter note, Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) and Ms. Blake (Haley Webb) have an intimate moment...Awww! With all this chaos, some people found "love," will it last?

At this point, I'm at the "edge of my seat!" As every scene passes, a little bit of the past is revealed, clues are found and another "sacrifice" has been taken...the second person was a teacher! Hmmm...

Moving forward, Scott sits down with Ms. Morell (Bianca Lawson) for "guidance" on the whole situation.  All the while, Stiles tries to figure out a way to tell his Dad (Linden Ashby) the truth about what's going on, and he recruits Cora (Adelaide Kane) to "show" Sheriff Stilinski the "truth."

Funny how Crystal and Isaac seem to have a good amount of scenes together. They find the missing teacher, see the Darach, and find out that Mr. Argent has been hunting the Darach. On the flip side, Stiles and Scott figures out that "philosophers" refers to teachers.  Oops...a third "sacrifice" will happen. And, of course, the memorial recital is the perfect place to "sacrifice" the third "philosopher" since all the teachers are in attendance...Aye!

To have all the "players" in one place...IS nerve-wracking! But, whoa, when Lydia is lured away from everyone, thinking Aiden sent her a text message, she goes to an empty classroom where she comes face to face with the Darach....um, Ms. Blake!!??!! Whoa! That did take me by surprise...hahaha!!! But, Victoria did call it! Yes, before the episode aired, Victoria and I had an intense conversation over the phone about theories on who could be the Darach! And, one of her theories was Ms. Blake is the Darach.  At this point, as well, we find out what Lydia is...whoa! Yup! She's a banshee...the "wailing woman!"  Whoa! So, that explains a lot...haha!! It's also interesting how the werewolves reacted to Lydia's wailing...Wow! Good thing, how else would Scott been able to find her before Ms. Blake killed her!!??!! But, before Scott gets there, Sheriff Stilinski gets there first...and, boy, did he witness some supernatural beings. Yes, he finally saw a werewolf...specifically Scott! Whoa! During the scuffle, Ms. Blake makes off with the Sheriff....yes, as in "guardians!" Will he be the next "sacrifice?"

I am definitely a nervous wreck after watching this episode...<sigh>! Haha!! First, the suspenseful way that the mystery unraveled, learning the history of the twins, the Sheriff sees the "truth," and the revelation of not only the Darach, but also Lydia being a Banshee. Wow! Each episode just keeps kicking up a notch of increasing suspense and thrills.

This is definitely a season not to miss! Until the next episode!

My Thoughts

Now, this episode was more on flashbacks in which revealed a lot about our characters, mainly Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) and Deucalion (Gideon Emery).  I found it interesting to find out that Dr. Deaton (Seth Gilliam) and Ms. Morell (Bianca Lawson). Of course, the versions of the past depends on the point of view of who is telling the story.

Interesting to find out that the packs mainly originated in Beacon Hills...hmmm! Am I shocked...not really! But, these flashbacks has definitely given these characters some depth. We learn what it means for a werewolf to have blue eyes. Wow...interesting. Come to find out that there's a connection with werewolves and the druids!!??!! Whoa!

Can it get even more fascinating!?! Well, I loved that this episode revealed much of the past...which, of course, give us an understanding of our favorite characters. I am so looking forward to seeing more of Scott (Tyler Posey) with his red "alpha" eyes!

I have definitely have to watch the last two episodes before Episode 9...yikes!

My Thoughts

Well, what more can I say!?! Victoria has pretty much covered it! With each episode bits and pieces clues/information is revealed in connecting the mystery of the Darach and the presence of this Alpha pack.

This is definitely getting intense.

Yah! I know....I'm behind, but I couldn't help it! San Diego Comic Con was the same week as this episode! So, yah, I was preoccupied...haha!!

I am just in awe (jaw-dropping awe) as more and more is revealed as we get deeper into this season of Teen Wolf!

My Thoughts

So, I finally watched this episode! The episode starts off with a flashback of the Argent's past with Alexander Argent blowing his brain with a shot gun to his mouth after being bitten! Whoa! Then, our young werewolves on their way to a cross country meet stop at the same motel!!??!!! Coincidenc???? I think NOT!! Now, that was creepy...like Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho creepy...hahaha!!! And, the only one who felt it was Lydia! Hmmm...With every episode, we learn more and more that Lydia (Holland Roden) is more than what she seems to be.

Alexander Argent

Now, it gets morbidly creepy when Lydia was told that the motel is known for the most guest suicides!!??!!! Really!!! Our young cast just can't seem to get away from the supernatural....can they!!??!! But, with every incident that has happened and that will happen seems to be linked to this Darach!

During their brief stay at this motel, only our young werewolves, Scott (Tyler Posey), Boyd (Sinqua Walls) and Isaac (Daniel Sharman), start acting odd. Now, leave it to Stiles (Dyan O'Brien), Lydia (Holland Roden) and Allison (Crystal Reed) to put the pieces of this supernatural puzzle together. It's crazy!!! Everything that Scott, Boyd and Isaac were hallucinating were all about their fears. Scott's experience were all about losing those he love. Boyd's experience were all about losing Alicia. Lastly, Isaac's experience were all about the abuse from his father. But, of course, we can't forget the one Alpha, Ethan (Charlie Carver). He also fell prey to these strange experiences while he was getting intimate with Danny (Keahu Kahuanui)!

Boyd (Sinqua Wells)

Isaac (Daniel Sharman)

Ethan (Charlie Carver)

Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) talking Scott down from his hallucination

On a side note, Allison calls her father, Chris Argent (JR Bourne), as he investigates the place of the werewolf confrontation from Episode 5. Allison tells him where they are staying...and this motel sounds very familiar to Chris....hmmm! I knew it! It's going to be very difficult for Mr. Argent to stay out of "it," especially when Allison insists on helping her friends.

Mr. Chris Argent (JR Bourne)

Leave it to Stiles, Lydia and Allison to solve this odd mystery. Strange that each "vision" Lydia experiences was a clue to an attempted "guest suicide."  I am even more intrigued with Lydia's connection to this unknown Darach. It definitely is curious. Gotta love Stiles to be our detective when he tells Lydia that this whole episode at the motel reminded him of her birthday party when Lydia "poisoned" everybody with wolfsbane.

All our young werewolves were saved from these strange experiences by being "snapped out" of it by heat. First, Ethan, when he burned himself on a portable heater. Boyd was saved when Stiles stuck a flare into the tub when he tried to drown himself. Then, poor Isaac was "snapped out" of his terror he suffered under his father. However, heat/fire was not going to be what saves Scott since he covered himself with gasoline. What a heartwrenching moment!!! Couldn't stop my tears from falling...<sigh> Yup! I can see Scott as an Alpha. So, when Stiles does gets through to Scott and gets the flare away from him, with supernatural intervention, the wind pushes the flare to the puddle of gasoline that Scott and Stiles are standing in. Lydia sees the flare, screams and pushes them out and away from the puddle of gasoline!!! Whew!!! My hear just stopped at the moment...lol! But, when she looks up into the fire, she sees the Darach!!!

Lydia (Holland Roden) sees the Darach in the fire

Whoa! This is getting more interesting....our young students are putting the pieces together which is leading more and more to the Darach.

All the while our young students are trying to survive the night, Ms. Blake (Haley Webb) takes Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) to his loft to help him with his wounds. And, oh yeah, the attraction is undeniable...Derek and Ms. Blake have a night of intimacy. But, REALLY!!!! Ms. Blake was encouraging Derek to play dead!!! Can I just slap her upside her head! No matter how many times anyone tells Scott that what happened to Derek was not his fault, he will still blame himself, especially since all he knows is that Derek is dead!

In the morning, Coach (Orny Adams) finds them sleeping in the bus...too funny! But, Lydia notices a stain on the Coach's shirt and grabs his whistle.  Come to find out that the inside of the whistle is laced with wolfsbane and our young "detectives" puts it all together! The Darach got into our young werewolves heads after poisoning them with wolfsbane every time Coach blew on the whistle on the bus...hmm!

Lydia (Holland Roden) finds wolfsbane in Coach's whistle

At least, Ethan was gracious, especially that Stiles and Lydia saved his life, and told Scott that Derek is alive.

Ethan (Charlie Carver) telling Scott (Tyler Posey) about Derek

Strange how everyone is connected one way or another. Now, when Mr. Argent visits his father, Gerard Argent (Michael Hogan), to find out who was the Alpha that bit Alexander Argent...AND, that Alpha was Deucalion (Gideon Emery)!!!

Whoa!!! This was another amazing episode! It was filled with intrigue, mystery and intimacy...between Ethan and Danny AND Derek and Ms. Blake. Nice! It seriously felt like a suspense-filled thriller movie! With each of their strange hallucinations, I was cringing with anticipation and dread...we cannot have our favorite young werewolves "committing suicide!"

I'm even more addicted to Teen Wolf as these mysteries unravel after each episode.

I'm excited for the next episode!!! Bring it on!!!

My Thoughts

I don't know...love watching Victoria's recaps & reviews of each episode of Teen Wolf. Nice! I couldn't have reviewed it any different. She's got it covered!

So anyways, Episode 5 starts with Scott (Tyler Posey) and Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) on the school bus, on their way to a cross country meet. Throughout the episode, we get flashbacks of what happened when they faced off with this Alpha pack....like whoa!! During the bus ride, Stiles is trying to get Scott to talk about what happened and what is happening.  In addition to that, Allison (Crystal Reed) and Lydia (Holland Roden) is following them.  It is  so obvious that Allison is very concerned about Scott, especially after seeing what happened. Scott is not healing!!??!!

During these flashbacks, we find out why Scott is so distracted...Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) is dead!!??!! My reaction to that while I was rewatching this episode was "NO WAY is Derek dead!" LOL! Yah, I was not believing that this could be the end of Derek. This episode definitely kept me at the "edge of my seat," especially not knowing what happened to Derek since Cora (Adelaide Kane) and Peter (Ian Bohen) do not find Derek's body.

Well, I was definitely having a "Hmmm" moment when Scott and Enes (Brian Patrick Wade) faced off and Scott's eyes turns red (eyes of an Alpha). Not just that....Deucalion (Gideon Emery) even noticed. Yup! Deucalion knows what Scott could become.

The Alphas, with Ms. Morell's (Bianca Lawson) help, goes to Dr. Deaton (Seth Gilliam) for help since Enes was injured BADLY from the fall. I still don't understand what Dr. Deaton and Ms. Morell's roles are in all this mess. I definitely would like to see more about these two:  Dr. Deaton, who seems to be guiding Scott; and Ms. Morrell, who seems to be helping the Alphas (why is she helping them!) In comes Deucalion and he kills Enes!!! Whoa!! Didn't see that coming, but then again, Deucalion did say that he absorbed the powers of each of his Alpha kills...hmmm!!! Whoa!! Deucalion is ruthless...dayum!

At the end, Derek reaches out to Ms. Blake (Haley Webb) for help!!??!! Kinda saw that coming....hmmm!

Well, with each episode, more about the Alpha pack was revealed, but, now, new questions on top of those other questions, including that discussion between Lydia and Stiles about those sacrifices. It sounds like an epic battle is coming, and it doesn't sound like it's just among the werewolves! In addition to the conflicts among our young werewolves with this Alpha pack, another mystery involving a Darach, a dark druid, is slowly being revealed.

I am so curious as to find out what Deucalion's ultmate plan is, when Scott will rise to become an Alpha, who and what is Dr. Deaton and Ms. Morell's roles are, and who is this Darach!

Can we just have Teen Wolf episodes everyday...hahaha!!! The waiting of 6 days for each next episode is "killer!"

But, for now, watch this sneak peek of Episode 6!

My Thoughts:

Yeah, it's only going to get better! In the beginning of the episode, another person goes missing...yup! Another "sacrifice" happened...again! Even more questions...hmmm! Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) is just too hilarious! Now, he's freakin' out that he may be next...since he's still a virgin...LMAO!! Too funny! We can always count on Stiles for some humor. While training for cross country, that missing person is found...dead, of course. But, apparently, the twin alphas have an idea of what's happening since they give each other a knowing concerned look...hmmm! Makes one wonder what do they know!

Now, there's more going on in Beacon Hills, not just the arrival of an alpha pack. What is it with Deucalion (Gideon Emery)! He seems to be some kind of fanatic who's power hungry...sheesh! We find out that he wants Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) to kill one in his pack...can we guess who!?! Haha!!! Really interesting...what is Deucalion's end game here...hmmm!

Still wondering what's the deal with Lydia (Holland Roden)? What's her connection with these deaths? Hmmm... When Lydia finds herself in the music room and not knowing how she got there...huh, come to find out another missing person. Seems that the rule of "3" is starting again...yes, more sacrifices! Stiles goes to Dr. Deaton (Seth Gilliam) for answers...hmmm!!??!! Well, Dr. Deaton sure does know a lot about "stuff"! That means one more makes three!!! Guess who makes "3"...yes, Mr. Harris (Adam Fristoe), but did he know who's murdering all these people!!??!! It sure sounded like it when he was bound to the tree...hmmm! What's his connection...

Wow!!! Isaac (Daniel Sharman) and Allison (Crystal Reed) gets detention for "beating up" on of the twins (we all know that was a set up) and for sleeping, respectively!?! And, what is the deal with Ms. Morell (Bianca Lawson)! What is she up to!?! During detention, Isaac and Allison get locked in the janitor's closet...yikes! We all know that Isaac was traumatized when his Dad locked him up inside a freezer! Talk about claustrophobia! Luckily, Scott (Tyler Posey) opens the door in time before Isaac does any real damage, but Isaac did scratch Allison on the arm...uh oh!

Totally hilarious how Scott, Isaac and Allison gets back at the twin alphas...whoa!! But, Scott and Isaac got a surprise at the end when the twins combine...well, what did you expect! Scott and Isaac did mess with their bikes...haha!!! And, who saves the day...Deucalion! Hmmm!!! Huh...the look on Scott's and Isaac's faces...priceless! Awww...the twins got scolded by "Daddy" alpha...hahaha!!!!

Oh yeah!!! This season 3 is really getting intense! Can't wait to find out more with each episode!

My thoughts

What can I say...Victoria has covered it!  It's only going to get better!  All will be revealed soon in the coming episodes. We'll find out what Deucalion (Gideon Emery) is planning. And, the killings!!??!! Yes, we do find out that these weren't just random killings...AND, we find out that Boyd (Sinqua Walls) and Cora (Adelaide Kane) are not the ones who killed these people.  As we find out at the end of the episode. Go Stiles (Dylan O'Brien)...he figured it out! But, "who" and "why," we still don't know.  Another mystery that our young werewolves have to figure out. <sigh>  And the intrigue escalates.

It was a touching moment when Allison (Crystal Reed) flashbacks to that night that Scott (Tyler Posey) told her what really happened to her Mom, and when Derek (Tyler Hoechlin) found Erica's (Gage Golightly) body. But, after all that, Allison is back in the game as a werewolf hunter...hmmm!! Whoa!!!

It definitely was a turn of events when werewolves and werewolf hunter works together to capture and contain Boyd and Cora. Nice!!!

Oh, Peter Hale (Ian Bohen), you never cease to amaze me! Still cold and unfeeling, but yet, he is very handsome! Ian Bohen plays it well...lol!

Well, I am still curious to know what is Lydia's (Holland Roden) involvement or connection to all this...hmmm!!! Yup! There's definitely something about Lydia that connects her to this mystery.

As I watch these episodes, some questions are answered, but more questions arises.  Well, that just means keep watching to find out...hahaha!!

My thoughts

Yup! Victoria pretty much covered it in this vlog on this second episode of Teen Wolf.  'Nuff said!!!

Of course, I have to watch these episodes the next day when I'm stuck at work...thank goodness for DVRs, I'm able to keep up with all the exciting happenings that is going on with our favorite Teen Wolf characters!

So, if we thought the first episode brought on questions on what is going on with this alpha pack and what is Deucalion (Gideon Emery) up to!!??!! Definitely, a lot of questions popped into my head as I watched this episode, Chaos Rising.  Hmmm.... For instance, what is the deal with the bruises on Allison and Lydia's wrists forming into a bank logo! Interesting how the bruises were very specific....which leads to the question who was that girl that saved Isaac...I mean, really who was she!!??!!  Allison did figure out it is a logo to a bank, but it was really specific as in the abandoned bank building where Boyd (Sinqua Walls)and Erica (Gage Golightly) are being held captive!!??!!

It's just crazy happenings...and the season just started!! Wow!!! Other than Boyd and Erica, other people are beginning to go missing, such as Stiles' (Dylan O'Brien) childhood friend, Heather, at her own birthday party.  Too funny though...Stiles was so close to losing his own virginity...hahaha!!! I was loving Derek's major concern for Boyd and Erica, and his urgency to find them. Yup, he was very concerned for his pack...gotta love this alpha. I don't understand...what is Ms. Morell (Bianca Lawson) up to! What is her involvement with Deucalion.

How in the world did Isaac find the alpha pack, Boyd and Erica at that abandoned bank in the first place...huh. Really!!??!! Memories...can be tricky! Didn't know alphas can manipulate memories...very interesting. I am still wondering who or what is Dr. Deaton (Seth Gilliam)!!??!! He seems to know a lot more than what he's letting on.

Now, that's a traumatizing moment to find yourself in the same room with a dead body, especially someone you know...Allison (Crystal Reed)! Dang! But, gotta give kudos to Allison to go out and find answers.  I so really want her to know the truth about what happened to her Mom...C'mon Scott (Tyler Posey)!!! Tell her!!!  And, really...what is the deal with Lydia (Holland Roden)!!??!! We know something is definitely different with her since Season 1.

And, whoa, Derek's little sister Cora (Adelaide Kane)!!! Okay, yeah, this is really getting intense. So, that was who was locked up in the vault with Boyd...since finding out Erica was dead. Talk about shocking revelations...thought most of the Hale family died in the fire...hmmm!!!

To sum it all up, there is a lot of odd behavior going on with every one, and a lot more question being asked. Oh yeah! A lot is going on and with each new episode, we find answers to some questions, but then we get new questions after each new episode...so far. My mind is just jumbled up mess of questions after watching each new episode...and, we only just begun!!!  But, dayum, it's good! After watching these episodes, I get really impatient to watch the next...I want answers...hahaha!! I'm sure this Season 3 will be revealing more and more with each episode. <sigh>  The mystery is "killing me!" LOL!!!

My Thoughts:

Yup! Victoria and Megan pretty much covered it!!

Huh... Looks like we are in for quite a bit of alpha action.  Really!!??!! The twin alphas come together into one HUGE wolf!! Uh huh!! And, who is the girl who was trying to save Isaac...hmmm!!! And, she was looking for Scott...the alpha....hmmm! What is it with ALL the animals killing themselves...out of terror.  Like Scott (Tyler Posey) said, the deer was terrified.  What about all the pets in the vet clinic.  What's up with that!!??!!

Looks like we are in for an interesting Season 3 of Teen Wolf!!! Keep checking back with NovelReality for more recaps and reviews of Teen Wolf!
