Synopsis:
"A hilarious, crazy romp of a read!!!! I was in stitches through the whole book!—Imaginary USA Today and Wallstreet #1 Bestselling Rom-Com Author.

There were three things I, Kitty Hoskins, didn’t know when I moved into the all-girls, non-sorority house Blossom Field Avenue #246:

1) The house opposite ours, #247, is home to the gorgeous jerks of the Iota Fraternity.

2) Lucian Spencer Anderson lives in #247 and is possibly the hottest stripper-slash-social-science student you’ll ever meet.

3) #246 (The Blossoms) and #247 (The Dudes) have the longest standing, most ruthless prank war in the history of rivalries. The only thing the two houses agree on is that they live and breathe for the next battle.

Funny then that the real challenge is the one I never saw coming: an alliance with Lucian Spencer Anderson. When a cold winter threatens the stray cats of Deepsilver, our mutual love for animals forces us to team up. Bad, right? Well, it gets worse: we’re going to need the cooperation of our two houses to pull this thing off.

*Excerpt*
Lucian’s tongue works languidly, seductively over mine. He hisses in a long, quiet breath through his nose, savoring this intense make-out session as much as I do. It’s been weeks since I last was with him, and it was driving me crazy. I see him every day, dammit. He’s even been by my school, “accidentally” bumping into me after a class. The guy is literally stalking me, and it’s fricking hard to stay strong.
Now, he presses me against the side wall of my house. You know that slow push and release, push and release while never really letting go of your body? His is always there, gliding over mine like we should be naked, and he’s got me on fire.
With some guys, you can sleep with them once and be like, “been there, done that,” right? Well, that’s not how it is with Lucian. For me, kissing him like this, I just burn hotter for every second, and it makes me remember how it felt to have him inside of me, climbing, climbing, climbing until I lost control over my limbs.
Yesterday afternoon at the mall, he stopped me before I could hop into Seraphina’s car and leave.
“What’s up, Kitty? Are you avoiding me or something?” he’d asked.
“Or something,” I said, sending him a brief side-glance. Mostly, my disgust for him overpowers the desire, and as long as I don’t look right at him, it’s easy. See, disheveled locks of amber-colored hair combined with sea-foam eyes has that effect on me. It’s a fact I knew nothing about until I moved to Deepsilver.
“Just because I don’t beg at the foot of your bed doesn’t mean I’m avoiding you. Most chicks don’t, you know—or wait, are you used to a flock down there?”
He didn’t even answer. My face flushed brightly as I got into my bestie’s car and slammed the door behind me. Lucian just stood there and watched us take off. Wham fast-forward a day and some hours, and here we are in my current situation, pressed against the wall in my yard.
Okay, I admit it; this might have something to do with how I voluntarily accepted a glass of hyper-spiked pink punch at the house. Maybe one turned into four, can’t remember.
I might accidentally say stupid stuff if I’m tired even if I’m not drunk, but I won’t act this recklessly. Unfortunately, the guy’s doing something to me, to the point of making me dream stuff at night, stuff that makes me wake up sighing, so I guess that’s why I got drunk with the girls tonight.
Or no—it’s just a Friday night, I’m in college, I’m only young once and so forth, and here we are. God, he’s delicious.
“Let’s go inside,” he hisses out against my mouth. His hands have slid inside my top. My bra is a joke already—halfway pushed up—and he has one of my boobs in his hand. I’m arching my back like a total sorority slut, moaning exactly like I did when I woke up from a wet dream about him this morning. Also: this has got to stop.
“No…” I trail off, because really, I need to taste him some more. The feel of his cock, hard against my stomach, the head of it rubbing against my hip, makes my stomach drop with lust. I can’t even talk anymore.
I need to be clear, tell him I’m not doing the walk of shame into 246 with all the Blossom Girls at home.
“Okay,” he murmurs. Starts to push my shorts down, right here, against the wall of the side of my house!
“What are you doing?” I’m losing my breath completely while he pushes himself against me. This is so freaking hot and wrong and slutty—I don’t even know what it isn’t. He has a blond halo in the moonlight.
“What I’m doing? I’m making love to you.”
          “Here? Are you crazy?”
His fingers are in me, and my hips move, wanting this so damn much. I’m slippery already, enjoying every second like I’ve got no brains left at all.
“You said not inside the house, didn’t you?”
“Yeah—No—I meant…” Right. What I’d meant was that we should sneak inside his house, not mine. I think? “Fuck.”
“Is it good?” He puffs against my lips.
“Shut… up.” My fingers grab his pants, unbutton them, and he helps me get them down his thighs.
“This is ridiculous,” I say. “Do you have a condom?”
          “Fuck yeah.”
We both moan when he stabs inside of me seconds later, lifting me against the wall with his body. My shorts are on the ground, and my thighs vise-grip his hips.
“You’re so amazing. Shit, Kitty, I—”
“Oh, God!” I instantly shake around him like I’m some sort of wind-up toy. I’m the goddamn Energizer rabbit. Lucian pushes harder, rocks into me, chasing the aftershocks of my orgasm out of me as he groans, coming loudly too.
This is the wildest— I mean, what the hell was that, a five-second quickie or what? I can’t even.
          “Hello? Is anyone there?”
Oh, no. That’s Tilda on the front porch.
“Dudes, you can come out. I know you’re there. Seraphina? Ninni! There’s someone out here. I swear to God, if you’re trying to prank us right now, we’re going to have your heads on stakes!”

Synopsis:
Victor Arquette knows the meaning of sacrifice. Destined to legendary status in mixed martial arts, his life is founded on it. Dedication equals sacrifice, and sacrifice means around-the-clock training, no partying, no junk food, no alcohol—and no women.

Helena von Isenlohe is the heiress to Kyria Castle. Due to her father’s lack of financial prowess, the restoration of the ancient German estate rests on Helena’s shoulders. A failed attempt leaves a wealthy man alone at the altar—and the fleeing bride on a plane to the United States.

A chance meeting, and Victor and Helena’s chemistry is undeniable. Except, her presence clutters his focus. Victor shouldn’t crave their nights, shouldn’t be concerned where she is or with whom. And meanwhile in Germany, Kyria Castle deteriorates at a suspicious speed, indebting Helena further to the man she left behind.

Victor and Helena believe in duty. They embrace sacrifice. But when love strikes, it strikes hard, and sometimes you have to choose where your heart is truly at home.

*Excerpt*
VICTOR
I’d rather not mull over what’s going on right now.
The guys and I’ve been on a seven-day trip—five days in Munich working with a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu guru—and now I was just going to mosey on back home. Until this girl appeared out of nowhere, a wild dream in a flurry of white fluff and lace, breezing through security.
Disheveled and beautiful. Fairytale features and yellow hair flowing thick down her back. But what got me were the shoes in her hand. Until I bent and realized her feet were black with crap from the airport floor. She was mad and anxious and flustered. Oh hell, I couldn’t walk away.
Now we’re at another airport, and I still can’t walk away. On the flight here, I prodded more about her life than I’ve done with any girl before. It’s a risk to prod—the more you know, the more interesting they can get.
I guess I am mulling over what’s going on after all. Am I taking these chances because Maiko didn’t come along? Since her angina episode, she’s been avoiding abrupt ambience changes, which in my mother’s mind equals risks.
“The flight has been delayed overnight.” Keyon’s face is dark with annoyance.
“All right, I’m getting a hotel,” I mutter.
“The plane leaves at six in the morning.”
“Well, transit hotel then. I can’t stay in a pub for eight hours.”
Helena trails after me with her giant purse full of jewelry. She’s a freaking vision. “So there’s a hotel in the airport?”
“Yep. With the delays though, chances are everyone else will want a room. Better hurry.” I squint at her. “Are you doing it too?”
She huffs. “What, you think I want to loiter in the transit hall all night? Get drunk with the guys? Oh wait, Zeke will take good care of me. That’s right.”
I chuckle at that.
I was right. The lobby of the only hotel in the transit hall is packed with travelers. I’m sure I’m out of luck once it’s my turn, but the receptionist copies my documents and hands me a keycard. “Here you go, Mister. Enjoy your stay.”
I thank her and exchange a relieved look with Helena. “I’m in three-oh-seven if you want to grab a bite to eat.”
She’s got a pretty mouth. It widens now, in a smile. I grab my backpack, hike it up on a shoulder, and lumber toward the elevator.
“I’m sorry, Ma’am. We have full occupancy tonight,” the same receptionist I spoke with tells Helena.
“No way?” Helena says. “Please, I’ll take anything. I’m not picky.”
The receptionist shakes her head, repeating that she’s sorry.
“Okay,” I break in. “We’re changing this up. She’ll have my room.”
Helena’s grip on the countertop loosens as she turns to me. “Oh no, you don’t.” She returns to the receptionist again, shaking her head. “I don’t want his room.” She tucks her hair behind an ear and bends to her oversized purse on the floor.
I eliminate the distance between us. “Helena. Wait.”
She does, eyes round.
“How many beds are there in three-oh-seven?” I ask the receptionist.
The girl tells me there’s only one but that it’s big. Clearly, she’s onto my idea.
“Can we have some extra sheets and pillows sent up, maybe a few extra towels?” I ask.
“Victor, no…” From Helena’s tone she’s more surprised than against my idea.

“Why not? We’ll watch films. Maybe we’ll find Cinderella,” I say, which makes her laugh.
