What a beautiful and emotional conclusion to this amazing trilogy! M. Clarke created a touching story of love, romance, second chances, and true friendship in this conclusion of the Something Great trilogy! I am still reeling with all the emotions that each of these characters felt and endured...very realistic and relatable. Plus, dreams did come true for these characters. However, what's a love story without some drama...and, yes, M. Clarke she spare no expense in intertwining dramatic obstacles for these characters. Will they overcome it and work it out? Read it to find out.

This is the kind of stories that make you sigh....happy sigh, that is. Yes, I was sighing a lot as I read the book. With every turn of the page, I was "experiencing" each of their feelings and "hearing" their thoughts. I love how M. Clarke told this story in multiple POVs to give readers the full effect of all the emotions that each character are going through. Now, for all those romantics out there.....yeah, this is ultimate romance with some pretty heavy foreplay and sex...haha!

Something Forever was definitely a page turner that took my breath away on wings of romance. I just couldn't put it down... well, except for when I had to work, drive, and other stuff. Other than that, this was an absolutely and deeply touching love story.

M. Clarke's Something Forever Release Dinner Party

On September 6, 2014, Mariah and I set off to Rancho Palos Verde, California to attend the release dinner party for Mary Ting's, writing as M. Clarke, latest book release Something Forever. Something Forever is the third novel in the Something Great Series, a new adult contemporary romance. Although it was long drive, which is nothing new for me, it was a beautiful...and hot...Saturday afternoon. And the view on the drive up in the San Pedro area was breathtaking...even though we saw mostly cloud cover...hahaha!!! Upon our arrival, several people were already chatting away and enjoying the day.

Joann and Anna of Fandom Cube did an amazing job with the set up! The day of the dinner party was sunny and beautiful. We started the party first with having dinner, so that we had plenty of time for the fun and games...with prizes! After the fun was had and the prizes given, the Q&A with Mary Ting started which was also filled with a lot of laughter.

The Q&A was a lot of fun! There were quite a bit of good questions by several of Mary's fans on Facebook...as Joann read it off for this. However, there was one question that wasn't recorded..."If Something Great was made into a movie or television series, who would Mary pick to play Max, Matthew and Jenna?" Mary's answer for Max was Henry Cavill...and for Jenna, Mary chose Amanda Seyfried!. She was still undecided for Matthew...haha!

What an amazing day! Dinner, games, prizes, and a Q&A with an amazing author...what can I say!?! This was absolutely a fun and memorable event with the amazing Mary Ting! I know I have said "amazing" a lot, but, seriously, that's what comes to mind when I think about that exciting Saturday afternoon/evening. Even Mariah had a good time. We went home with our cool swag that was included with the ticket purchase...and other stuff!

It was an evening of great food, great people, great fun, and great prizes! Being this was Mary Ting's first dinner party filled with lots of laughs, excitement, games, and prizes, I look forward to more fun events like this...<fingers crossed>! Mariah and I definitely enjoyed ourselves. I really enjoy getting to know and befriending amazing authors at events like this. It's always a joy to learn more about the people behind the books that I enjoy reading.

      Becky's point of view

“I already asked you this question earlier, but do you like your suite?”

           “It cost too much, Matt. But, yes. I would be crazy to say no. I need to find a way to thank you.” My tone came out flirty at the end.

           “I know how you can.” His tone was sultry, luring me in. Oh shit! What was on his dirty mind? “I want you to touch yourself.”

           What? “Matthew,” I laughed softly. “You’re not here.”

           “Just pretend I am. Have you ever had phone sex before?”

           I almost choked on my own saliva. I’d heard of and done many things before, but this was a first. When I didn’t answer, Matthew continued. “I can’t believe I’m going to be your first.” He sounded so proud. “I’m going to make you feel so good.”

           His words alone were turning me on. Holy shit! “You mean I’m going to make myself feel good.”

He chuckled lightly. “However you want to see it.”

The preview porn on the television wasn’t helping either. I thought about watching it, but Matthew or Max was going to pay the bill, and no way were they going to find out that one of us watched one. “This isn’t going to work,” I said. But my hand was already kneading my breast. I pretended it was Matthew’s hand instead.

           “I’m stroking my dick, Becca. I’m pretending your tongue is licking it.” Whether Matthew was really doing what he said he was doing, I didn’t care. It was working for me. “Put your hand on your clit, Becca, and touch it the way I do it. Pretend it’s my finger. Imagine me sucking it hard there, baby. Can you feel me?”

           Holy fuck! “Yes,” I replied, feeling my chest rise and fall with pleasure that was building inside me.

           “Now…stick your finger inside and pretend that’s my dick. I’m going to pretend I’m inside you.”

           Hearing Matthew groaning into the phone brought me to another level of excitement. There was no way he could fake that sound. It was too genuine, and every moan made the urge for him that much more intense. “Can you feel me, Becca? Push in deeper.”

           “It’s not the same,” I whimpered. My body was in limbo. I couldn’t satisfy myself, and the more I tried, the build up was too unbearable.

           “Want me to finish it for you, Becca? You want me inside you?” His tone seethed into the phone in the most delicious way. I was already losing my mind, yearning from the need of him.

           “Yes, but you’re not here.” I said it somewhat angrily, trying to tame the throbbing ache between my legs. I was mad at him for putting me over the edge to the point my pants were half way down, my breast exposed, and I was now watching the stupid porn. How I got to this point, I had no clue. It was as if his words were magic, controlling my actions.

           “I promised before that I wouldn’t start something I couldn’t finish. Now…open the door.”
