Now that Dom and Letty are on their honeymoon and Brian and Mia have retired from the game—and the rest of the crew has been exonerated—the globetrotting team has found a semblance of a normal life. But when a mysterious woman (Oscar® winner Charlize Theron) seduces Dom into the world of crime he can’t seem to escape and a betrayal of those closest to him, they will face trials that will test them as never before.

From the shores of Cuba and the streets of New York City to the icy plains off the arctic Barents Sea, our elite force will crisscross the globe to stop an anarchist from unleashing chaos on the world’s stage…and to bring home the man who made them a family.

For THE FATE OF THE FURIOUS, Vin Diesel is joined by a returning all-star cast that includes Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Nathalie Emmanuel, Elsa Pataky and Kurt Russell. *My Thoughts*

Wow... F8... Hmmm!!! This latest installment in the Fast & Furious franchise has again brought fans another entertaining, action-packed drama that did not disappoint. Another incredible plot that has brought all our favorite F&F characters together again... Although the storyline/plot was not as strong as I thought it could be, but then, it has nothing to do with racing. But then again, each film has shown growth of these characters. They are no longer racing thugs in a car club. Well, I guess that's just me thinking out loud...haha!!!

So... Although the storyline(s) need more depth, all that action and adventure makes up for it. I liked enough that it worked for me. I wasn't too keen on the plot of this superhacker creating this chaos for the sake of holding the world's superpowers accountable... ?!? Hmmm... Well, okay then... Despite that weak storyline, of course, there had to be a tie in to Dom and his crew, right?!? And there you have it... The reason why Dom and his "family" is brought into this world adventure. 🤔🤨

But... I do miss Paul Walker's character Brian. Brian and Mia still plays a part in the storyline, be it just a memorable mention, it still is heartfelt. Anyways, I would love to see Mia back. She also brought a lot of heart to the "family" and story.

Overall, I enjoyed it as an action/adventure-filled movie that kept me entertained with amazing and crazy scenes... even some dramatic scenes, too.
